The AFRican Our readers are Africans and friends of Africa. For some the journey to America happened more than 400 years ago, others are recent immigrants from the continent or the islands. We have been and still are on a journey that is energized by the dreams and aspirations of Africans. The AFRican has largely been a volunteer effort. It has been the product of Africans and lovers of Africa putting their sweat, energy, talent and resources together for common good.
