When Obafaiye Shem, the Lagos State Commandant of Nigeria's National Security and Civil Defence Corps was going on Channels Television for his now-viral interview, he clearly had no idea how much embarrassment he would bring upon himself or he would have learnt all he could about the organisation he works for. Well, he didn't, and now he's more than just another ignorant government official.
