I sponsored a woman from Afganistan last year and was matched with another woman this year. I am studying and reporting on the Congolese women for an analysis paper in my undergraduate course at Boise State University.
It is true that one woman here in the USA can help another woman in a war torn country regain her life. So far, two of my women friends have sponsored as well. There is power in the concept of Hope.
